Ingredients
Boiled Eggs-4
Onions-1-2 cups, finely chopped
Green Chillies-3, finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Red Chilli pwd-1/2 tsp
Dhaniya pwd-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala pwd-1/2 tsp
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
Bay Leaves-1-2
Cinnamon sticks-1, 1" stick
Cardamom-2 pods
Cloves-2
Salt to taste
Cooling Oil-1-2 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves, cinamom, cardamom and cloves and once the spluttering subsides add onions and green chillies and fry for about 5-7 mins until the onions turn transparent.
- Add turmeric, ginger garlic paste and salt to taste and saute the contents and cook for another 2 mins.
- Now add red chilli pwd, dhaniya pwd and mix well.
- Peel the egg shells and cut the boiled eggs into halves.
- Place the egg halves in the pan and coat the halves with onion and chilli mixture and cook for about 2 mins.
- Masala Boiled Egg Fry is ready!!!
